​Omba Kipuke is a U.S. Army veteran born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. He served on active duty as a CBRN specialist and graduated at the top of his class at the Wightman NCO Academy in South Korea. As a certified NBCRV technician, and a CBRN Recon graduate, SGT Kipuke has instructed over 7,500 hours of tactical decontamination training to military personnel in the U.S. and abroad. He is the recipient of multiple Army Achievement Medals.

Independently, Kipuke works to build resilient communities that empower humanitarian development. Kipuke has a graduate degree in Human Services, and an MBA from Northern Kentucky University. He recently worked as Director of Education and Training at Texas Health and Human Services.
